These terms govern your use of www.rndbi.com (the "site"), published by RNDBI LLC, a Washington limited liability company with a registered address at TO BE CONFIRMED ("RNDBI", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. What the site is

The site describes RNDBI's research and the software the lab builds. It is provided for information. Nothing on it is legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Research findings are stated with the confidence we had when we wrote them and may change.

2. Software and licences

Software named on the site is governed by its own licence, not by these terms. IntentOps is available for personal and other noncommercial use under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Business use and commercial distribution of IntentOps are available only under a written licence from RNDBI. Other software we build for our own operations is not offered for public use.

3. Content on the site

The text, diagrams and design of the site belong to RNDBI unless marked otherwise. You may read, share links to and quote short passages of the site with attribution. You may not republish it in whole or present it as your own. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to systems behind it, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not control, including Method ML and GitHub. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RNDBI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TO BE CONFIRMED, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
